Their appearance is the same as the "plant" seen earlier, except their color is pink and they now have two circles as hands (with the three circles at the top removed). This event soon starts the sequence of events that take place in Just Shapes & Beats's storyline.įrom Island and onward, most of the plants take on an altered, "corrupted" or "evil" appearance after the Boss's rampage earlier. Once it stands upright, it grins evilly and soon, the "plant" itself is actually the Boss's arm and hand. When the "plant" impales itself with the triangle later on (similar to the Boss impaling itself with a corrupt piece of the Tree at the end of the game), it appears to have pink liquid dripping from its head, as if it is bleeding.
